  • How do I book a party?
    • Call us at 830-214-6139 or send us an email and we can block the party slot for you

 

  • Do you require a down payment?
    • We require a $100 down payment to book and start planning your event
    • Final balance due on day of party before party begins
    • We can receive payment by phone or we can arrange for an appointment
      • Appointments are preferred since we can discuss themes, swatches, preferences and other lovely ideas!

  • Who wants to be stuck with last year's party decorations?  These can add up and turn pretty expensive.
  • We can add a beautiful photogenic cake table, lush with themed and color specific decorations to complement your theme and your cake
  • Let us know if you have any of the following themes in your party  (we have specific colored linens and decorations inspired by multiple themes and also inspired by princesses including some Disney Princesses, Please note: we are not affiliated with and do not represent Disney enterprises).
  • Please inform us as soon as you can so we may start collecting/arranging/creating/or purchasing our decorations

  • Can I see/visit your facility?
    • Absolutely! feel free to call or email us to set up an appointment
    • We will try our best to make ourselves available at a convenient time for you

  • What are your party hours? 
    • 11:30 to 1:00 Sat and Sun (For all parties except fashion party)
    • 2:00 to 3:30 Sat and Sun (For all parties except fashion party)
    • 4:30 to 6:00  Sat and Sun (For all parties INCLUDING fashion party)
    • Will try to accommodate other days or hours upon request
    • Mommy and Me Tea Time and/or Playdates:
      • Call us so we may arrange meeting hours for Tea Time and Playdates
    • Princess Sofia Package parties
      • 9:30 to 11:00 Sat and Sun

  • How many little guests are included in the party packages?
    • 5-8 (including the guest of honor)
    • Please note:  Charge for participating attendees over 8 is  $55.00 per child
    • For parties of 4 or less, including guest of honor, we offer a 35% discount of party package price 


  • What is the maximum number of total guests per party? What about parents/grandparents?
  • When we book your party, most of our venue is reserved for you! There are perfect moments for great photos and we'd like for all to participate!
  • Mommies and daddies are all welcome to walk in and out of party and take great photos
  • There are 4 party rooms in our venue:
    • Assigned party rooms will be available for mommies and daddies to relax, chat or make a phone call while the party is going on! 
  • Our Tea party rooms can accommodate up to 8 guests, including birthday girl, and approximately 2 adults for a total maximum of 10 persons
    • Parties of 6 are the ideal size for our venue
    • Please note: Charge for participating attendees over 8 is  $55.00 per child
  • Spa room can accommodate up to 7-8 guests, including birthday girl, and approximately 2 adults for a total maximum of 9-10 persons
    • Parties of 6 are the ideal size for our venue
    • Please note: Charge for participating attendees over 8 is  $55.00 per child


  • When to confirm final guest count?
  • We encourage a final count 3 to 7 days prior to party.  
  • We will call, email or text you to confirm a final count
  • We want for everyone to have a lovely time, please consider our maximum person capacity
  • We may assist with calling your guests for RSVP


  • What is the best time to arrive on day of party?
    • Please arrive to party no more than 10 minutes prior; your room will be ready ~10 min before party begins.  We are a petite venue.  For those that arrive greater than 10 min prior we have ample seating areas in main hall of our building

  • Do you cut and serve cake?
    • We would gladly perform that service upon request at no extra charge
    • Paper goods and essential serve ware are included in all party packages 

  • Can I bring food?
    • Yes, you are welcome to bring food
    • We have tidbit platters and tiered platters
      • great for sandwiches, fruit, veggies
    • Some restrictions apply and these include saucy foods or dark juices due to increased risk of staining and ruining our costumes
      • pizza, marinara sauces, ketchup, mustard, chili, ice cream, frozen-cakes, grape juices, red punches etc.
  • Can I bring wine/champagne/mimosas?
    • Yes, you are welcome to bring wine/champagne/mimosas
    • We have white wine glasses and flutes upon request
    • Please no red wine, dark punch or dark juice
       

    Do you have hats for adults?

    Yes we do! Grown-ups can play dress-up too! 
    We have tea hats and fascinators as well as scarves, shawls and pearl necklaces
    Just let us know if you are interested
    We sanitize our hats, fascinators, wigs and other hair accessories

  • Do you have a refrigerator?
    • We have a small beverage refrigerator for water bottles and no space for a cake
    • Please bring cake with you approximately 10 minutes prior to beginning of party  
    • We do not have a freezer
    • You may arrange to have your caked delivered to us ~ 30-60 min before event
  • Cancelled parties:
    • If you need to cancel your party, please cancel at least 10 days prior to event so we may arrange rescheduling of your event
    • Deposits are non-refundable
    • Le Petit Parties Couture may cancel any party and close its facility in case of inclement weather or emergency.  We will try our best to reschedule your event on a day of your choice

  • Tardiness:
    • Due to respect to our customers, Le Petit Parties Couture will begin party activities as scheduled and not delay or extend party time due to delayed guests including guest of honor

  • Can siblings or other little ones participate?
    • Tea parties, table set-up,  DIY craft activities, spa activities and dress-up are timed and prepared for a max of 8 children
    • However, if a sibling is not participating in a full party of 8, parent may purchase goody bags or other DIY craft and party favors a la carte


  • Do you provide child supervision?
    • The hostess’ responsibility is to keep the little participating guests entertained while coordinating all party activities
    • Please supervise all non-participating children
    • Our job is to make the guest of honors' day as special and memorable as possible
    • Siblings and non-participating little guests must be supervised by an adult in your group
    • We use small items including small beads that may be hazardous to young children
    • Please ensure all non-participating children are supervised by an adult at all times

  • Our 3 safety rules: 
    • No jumping on the couches, chairs, futons, sofas, chaises, benches
    • No standing on the couches chairs futons, sofas, chaises, benches
    • No running


  • What should the little guests wear underneath to ease dress changes?
    • Le Petit Tea Parties, Fairy Parties and Spa Parties:
      Regular clothes are fine since it's mostly accessories that can be worn over their outfit
      We sanitize our hats, fascinators, headbands and other hair accessories

    • Le Petit Princess Parties and Fashion Parties:
      • We have an assortment of dresses and costumes for all participating guests
      • If they prefer, little guests are also welcome to bring their favorite princess dress
      • There is one main dressing area 
        • We recommend a tank top with bike shorts underneath or a bodysuit/leotard


  • What activities are included in the spa party?
    • Our “spa services” are pretend and not performed by beauty professionals
    • We apply items including fingernail polish, stickers on accent fingers, light make-up including blush, lip gloss and light eye shadow
    • Hairspray glitter is available if desired
    • We use disposable makeup applicators
    • We do not perform pedicures
    • We do not style hair
    • We sanitize our wigs, head bands, hats etc.
    • We do not apply face mask or creams with the exception of cucumber eye refresher where we use disposable cucumber eye pads
      • For the little ones that do not like our cucumber eye pads we also have fabric and gel spa masks
    • We do not use acetone products and do not remove current nail polish
    • DIY craft activities (picture frames, flip-flops, purses etc.)
    • Please inform us if any child is allergic to make-up, food colorants/dyes or wax  

 

  • What about children with severe food allergies?
    • Products served in this facility may contain or have been processed in a facility that also processes or have been in direct or indirect contact with protein derived from milk, eggs, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soybeans, strawberries, food colorant or other common allergens. Please inform your guests. Prior party guests may have served these items and minute amounts may linger in between parties, in our facility or on serving table. Please inquire if any allergies with all of your guests and their parents and inform us so we may be aware.  


  • How late can A la Carte items be added/requested?
    • ​At any time - we will try our best to accommodate your request
    • Before a party and during the party
    • Extra items may be paid at end of party
    • Hand-crafted items: preferably no less than 3 days before event

  • How do I book  lessons?

  • Do you require a down payment?
    • We require a $100 down payment to book lessons
    • Final balance due by first day of class
    • We can receive payment by phone or we can arrange for an appointmen
  • How many students per class?
    • Although we can comfortably accommodate 8 students per class; our focus is on quality vs. quantity; therefore, we allow a maximum of 5 students per class and offer your child our undivided attention. 
    • We also provide one-on-one lessons upon request
  • Is the age recommendation mandatory?
    • No, some children are far more mature than others and we may allow younger children in the older children classes or vice versa as long as parents agree  
  • Do you serve food?
    • No.  When teaching table manners we will use food items like bread and cooked spaghetti noodles for learning/practicing; however, these food items are not for consumption. 
    • Your child will have a meal at a local restaurant on the last session.  You will know menu options in advance and make any selection and or exclusion as applicable.     
  • Cancelled registration:
    • If you need to cancel your child’s registration, please cancel at least 10 days prior to 1st class so we may arrange rescheduling as applicable 
    • Le Petit Parties Couture may cancel any lesson and close its facility in case of inclement weather or emergency.  We will try our best to reschedule lesson as applicable
  • Tardiness:
    • Due to respect to our customers and students, Le Petit Parties Couture will begin class activities as scheduled and not delay or extend class time due to delayed arrival of students. If students arrive late, classes will continue as scheduled and student will partake in any part of class he/she is available for 
  • Do you offer one on one etiquette lessons?
    • Yes, some children need one on one attention and we will try our best to accommodate these requests.  For one-on-one sessions we encourage a parent or guardian be present at all times

  • Do  you provide lessons at child's home?
    • Yes, contact us for lesson-on-location pricing
  • What about children with severe food allergies?
    • We do not serve food items during class but we do use bread and spaghetti noodles as teaching tools when covering table manners.  None of the food items included in class are for consumption.  Party guests may have served items that contain or have been processed in a facility that also processes or have been in direct or indirect contact with protein derived from milk, eggs, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soybeans, strawberries, food colorant or other common allergens.
